Many people are carrying more than they say. Stress, grief, family tension, burnout, discouragement, and spiritual heaviness often show up quietly in homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
This one-day community workshop creates space for hope, healing, reflection, and practical next steps. Participants explore how stress affects the whole person emotionally, mentally, physically, relationally, and spiritually while learning restorative practices that strengthen connection and compassion.

The Restorative Leadership framework helps leaders move beyond reaction and into consideration, clarity, accountability, and care.
